I believe in Russia surnames used to be the same like in Sweden for example - meaning the son of the family took as his surname the first name of his father + the word for "son", while the daughter of the family took the first name of her mother + word for "daughter"(to keep it simple) so way back it wasn't that unusual for the same family to have different surnames. I think nobody uses it anymore but I'm not sure about that.
where did u get the pics and the song from?

I'm a tad confused. Russias name is Ivan Braginski, Belarus's name is Natalia Arlovskaya. They're siblings?
