I made these today and truly they were sooo good and I made the mistake of forgetting the brown sugar and putting in just all white sugar (which I don't really like) and they still were great! I can't wait to make them splitting up the two sugars. They are a cakey type cookie and since I couldn't fine dark chocolate I did use semi sweet and they were delicious. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to making them correctly the next time! I plan on putting them in my sister's Christmas box!
