@HappyHooker83 Noo sweety she had a deformity too where one of here eyes where a dark brown color then one was that preyty greenish color, soo she changed the brown one too that greenish color soo they could match. Her whole story was on The Doctors, but if you or anyone else is thinking about NewColorIris plz stop, doo BroghtOcular instead, its just soo much safer & there are noo risks envolved.

I had both of the implants removed as of February 1, 2011. Thank God, my sight is returning to normal.  It was the dumbest thing I ever did and I would discourage anyone from having it done!!!!

wow...I just found this video on here. I am the woman in the video. To those of you who have called me an idiot...At this point, I totally agree. I am having the implants removed at this time. I have had the left implant removed and will have the right removed on February 1st. It was a huge mistake on my behalf. I thought I had done the research and was assured by the Dr. and staff that it was a very safe, ambulatory procedure. Hard and expensive lesson learned.

My dd is 7 and has heterochromia iridium. One eye is blue, the other is blue green with brown specks. She tells people it proves she is special. We tell her she is beautiful as she is. I have heard lots of people have experienced loss of vision after this operation.

but i am wandering if she had any problems and had to remove it....

i am sure that in the next 5 years there will be a procedure to change your eyes for real. Because a lot of people want this done...

I had the procedure done in October of 2008. I had no problems until 3 months ago when I started having serious problems with my vision. I developed iritis and cataracts. I had the left implant removed on Jan. 11th and will have the right removed on Feb. 1st. Yes...It was a very stupid thing to do.

Dude... I would kill to have two different eye colors... They're beautiful... One of my friends had eyes like that and people absolutely loved them. They take time to get used to but they are so pretty. She shouldnt have gotten that stuff done...

If I were her I'd have gotten the blue eye to look like the "brown" one, the "brown" one she had looked pretty awesome, distinct green with a brown rim, killer combo.

I appreciate your understanding. It definitely becomes annoying when your eye color becomes the topic of conversation or stops a conversation all together. I know it's interesting to people, but to me, it's like stopping a conversation and saying "hey...I just noticed how huge your ass is" . Again, thank you.
