this is awful not often i cheer on bison. things wrong with your blanka 1 up ball at start 2 mk spam then when u do go for a cross you use fk? 3 uncontrolled ultras 4 unsafe slides 5 shit defense 6 poor control of ex rainbow roll 7 no attempt to throw tech 8 full screen ball spam 9 woeful disregard of the fact bison had ultra and u still spam ball 10 hop ultra to the middle of nowhere???? word is the bison player shat on his pad after playing you swearing an oath never to touch sf4 again

I'm about at the same level as you, I'm still not comfortable with combos with Blanka, but I think I'm getting better by charging while doing other moves. Remember to try to trap their jumps by using electricity, that's the only thing I can add :)
Ive noticed that after the medium kick u do the knee all the time so if ur opponent gets wise to taht try a medium jumpin then do a roundhouse sweep ... just something to throw them off when u want taht extra hit in there
It seems you like crossup medium kick to double knee. If they block the double knee i like to sometimes throw out ultra right after it. Most people try to poke u after the double knee you can land the ultra sometime and if not you get your standard chip damage.
I would also throw out the crossup light punch to electricity. Learn to piano it so you get HP electricity. Its safe on block and does more damage. I like how you kept the pressure on bison didnt even let him think very nice
standing roundhouse is good anti air dont forget that, also dont be afraid to abuse his electricity on ppl jumpin in on u . also i forgot to say when crossin up with the low punch into electrity combo if they block they take damage. something they dont take when u do the double knee....

I would say stop using that same attack all the time. I try and keep further away from opponents with blanka.
