yeah, the robot feeling is out the window, u should re-do it wit like a person , just shape some ppl parts around what you got (and yes, i said people parts)
robotic doesnt necesarily mean choppy or hindered movement, just see many robots in animation, their movements are quite fluid for robots... its nicely done... the character actually feels "alive"

Nice and smooth animation. But, being so smooth, the 'robot' feeling is somewhat diminished.
