When there are no sensors, you can still manually unlock by Volume Down followed by Volume Up. Or you can configure another key combination to unlock. You should just try if this is easy enough for you. And if not, just uninstall it.
2:03 - Absolutely Pointless. It should be the opposite. The goal is to lock the stupid TOUCHSCREEN when a call is coming in, because it is easy to to just accidentally answer the call in your pocket. The hardware keys on the Diamond do not have this poblem, as they are capacitive and will only respond to you actually pressing the button.
I assume you did set HTCLockAPI = 1, this will block the power button when locked. If you also did uncheck EnableInputAtSuspend (EnableInputAtSuspend = 0), then it will even be locked when screen/power off.
I meant literally my button was broken haha. (Completely smashed in)
And is there any way for someone not familiar with phone things to read up on it? So I can understand what you're talking about? A simple guide would due, I'm not a complete idiot, just unfamiliar with phones.
The program will work with only the keyboard sequence unlocking, I am afraid. Because there are probably no sensors compatible with the ones supported. But you can configure an easy key unlock sequence.
So you should try if that is convenient enough. You can also configure to lock only the keys at incoming call when you have a slide2answer solution.

Just try HTCLockAPI = 0.

How do i set the unlock option to "Volume Down" Then "Volume Up" to unlock? Minute 1:45!

This is already the default. You can set it in the Keyboard Settings screen:
UnlockedKeySequence = 118,117
