  • Honnleath is about the Stone Prisoner quest, which is activated after talking to felix at sulcher's pass (also not on your map O_O). This bloke is for warden's keep (different DLC).

  • i get the rod...yet after the guy walks away, i have no rod and no stone prisoner quest
