If your .jar folder wont run the application, you must rename

it as a .exe file, which allows it as an Application, therefore

installing it

TO ALL HAVING ISSUES WITH BLACK SCREENS (sorry for shouting) make sure you've updated to Java 7! I'm currently running this on a backdated Minecraft and spent literally all day trying to fix it. It might not solve all your problems, but probably those who can see the white dedication screen flash before their minecrafts shift to black and won't load.

The forum can probably answer any other questions you have.

tl;dr: You may need Java 7.

Main one is getting a black screen, update java from 6 to 7, search yogbox in google and click on the first link, everything is there and there is a link to update java.

The Installer and Uninstaller on mine are RAR files and when I open them I just see the contents (a whole bunch of folders and an XML document). Can anybody help me with this?

You have to backdate to version 1.0 to install this, and to play you have to either uncheck the More Health mod, or install java 7 then you can play with More Health. If you play with java 6 and use the more health mod, you will get BLACK SCREEN
