It's her light from her mirror. It reflects in her eyes. Try it out and see what I mean. Look into a circular mirror that has a light, and look into the mirror at your eyes, and you'll see that it's just the light :)

white = mac vanilla pigment.

I think vanilla pigment is matte. she said it was "shimmery". Maybe she misspoke or I'm just mistaken.

no Vanilla pigment is a frost and it has light shimmers in it it only looks matte because it was bunched together i he container and the camera doesn't give off the quality of the pigment

Vanilla pigment from mac is veeeryy shimmery..unless it was a different vanilla.

teal = ben nye / medium green = ben nye / white = i'm not sure. it's not important. try vanilla or vellum eyeshadow by MAC / dark purple = ben nye / eyeliner is Kat Von D I think / blue glitter eyeliner is NYX I think / I'm not sure what the Mascara is / Aaaaand the gloss is a Dazzleglass by MAC.
