  • Best Disco song ever!

  • Don't get people wrong. Great song!

  • Andrea True Connection:She does dance like Elaine, but at least not like Blonde! ha ha

  • Dit waren toch wel hele mooie jaren waar het nog genieten was in de discotheken . Was de tijd van de Diligence in Heerlen waren de mooiste jaren van mijn leven .

  • It was a fun song back then. Just found out she died Nov 7th, 2011.

  • This was a dynamic jam back in 76. No one cared back then how she danced, what her background was, or whatever negative comments some of you mutts can drum up. This was the disco era, and you can be whatever you wanted. It was the talent of the singer, the arrangement of music, and the final product being produced that we now revist and travel through time to remeber where we were in our lives, and who touched us through this song.

  • Who cares about how she dances and looks, I love this song and no I wasn't around in 1976 (born in 1980). I'm pretty sure those who were living in 1976 didn't give a fuck about her dancing or looks or she did porn, just enjoyed the song and danced to it.

  • i dance disco before and after, disco was the best,

  • Anyone that was there in 1976 and into the music didn't give a rat's ass if Andrea was a Porn Queen or not....this song was a smash dance hit and she nailed it!

  • i replace the more more more part with whore whore whore

  • SIMPSONS DISCO-STU! :D

  • wow nice bod...in todays desert/wasteland of new music , this tune right here is like a polar ice cold coke in dat desert

  • Here we go again~Negative comments about Andrea True~The way she looks, the way she dances, the way she dresses...That she looks like so and so...That she dances like so and so... All comments made by people who don't even remember the disco era let alone recognize her contributions to disco music.

  • @mrob75 Sorry but she dances like a rabies infested feline. She can sing well though! And no, I wasn't alive during the 70's. If you were alive and can remember it, you're kind of old =/

  • @mrob75 Agree! She had a great talent as far as I can see & remember, and I am from the Disco Era! Her life was a very sad one,but I like to remember her at this point when she was ridng high and healthy RIP Andrea. We lost her in Nov. 2011.Please hold all negative remarks out of respect. ♥Peace♥ We all danced like this or John Travolta back then! ♥ But guess what ,our jeans were not hanging off our butts! LOL! Ladies wore dresses and looked beautiful when going out! ♥ how do you like your luv ♥

  • @mrob75 Most people HATED the disco effing scene, she was a whore and now she's a dead whore......eff disco.

  • @kilo54 But you sure enjoy coming here and getting your "disco fix" lol There is hope for you yet, young man!

  • Nice body but funky dancer! Just pasted recently I think! RIP

  • those horns always killed me in this song though LOL

I didn't know this lady was gone

  • It's all coming back to me now. 68 camaro, sweetie in bell bottoms and a halter top, eight track tape player under the dash, gas signs that read 55 cents a gallon, and great music like this. I'd go back wouldn't you?

  • @hotstuffandicecream Wish I was there to see it all mate...............

  • @hotstuffandicecream i wud be back in a flash but with a cd playa

  • Cocaine is a helluva drug! Ahh, the days of Disco. I can still smell the musk cologne.

  • RIP Andrea True; we'll miss you!

  • RIP Andrea.

  • Steal my sunshine 2:20-2:29

  • @ishyman1983 I was just about to say the same thing.

  • @ishyman1983 - Just the opposite. Steal My Sunshine came out years later and admits to taking from this song.

  • Weird thing about this song is I never knew who sang it till now, and I always thought it was a group singing, not just one woman.

  • The original song was covered in 2004 by Rachel Stevens. I first listened to it on an old Polygram TV album called 'Disco Divas' at school.

  • I just found out she passed away. I absolutely love this song, and this is very sad news. RIP, Andrea!

  • The seventies were so liberal and bi, I heard this around '74 on pop radio and her porn activities were not a prob. I thought it was a really catchy tune and had no problem with it and became a porn actress myself a couple of years later or so. Disco was fun.

  • i want more more more

  • OMG, did you see how far she can open her mouth? Loved the song back in the disco days, but never noticed THAT before..

  • good song throughout. the music at 2:20 is especially awesome. she should have used it for more than ten seconds, because its awesome. Len was smart to sample it for that steal my sunshine song.

  • @zcrosby That 10 sec is one of the great breaks of all time...and if I remember right that's Sly and Robbie backing

  • It is what it is.

  • Ohhhhhh, I always thought this was a group singing!

Makes the song even better knowing who's singing it!!!!!

    ........uuuummmmmm I Love It.

  • she's cute, but she dances like Elaine on Seinfeld.

  • LMAO! xD

  • @tallguy3708 LOL!

  • @tallguy3708 LOL x100,000,000!!!

    I can't stop laughing! That's too funny!

  • @ 2:21 "Steal My Sunshine" by Len.

  • RIP you were hot and so was this song.

  • She can't dance!

  • @CupidStuntKH Did a lot of it before she made this song apparently.

  • @CupidStuntKH She don't need to Dance!! Ya don't get it do ya.

  • @47yesican , No I don't get it, cause pussy does absolutely nothing for me. It's like watching paint dry to me.

  • @SpazChat FUNNY ENJOY THE PAINT .COME JOINS US IT;S PRETTY TASTY AT TIMES

  • thumbs up if the hunny bunches of oats comercial brought you here!

  • I hate disco...but this here is the jam!!!

  • Classic disco...I remember it from the 70s but never knew the title of this song til today!! Also didn't know the artist had died; sorry to hear that.

  • She lived In Woodstock ,New York. She was a stripper or porn star and this song pretty much made here famous. It talks about sex.

  • Excelente música, siempre te recordaremos porque fuiste inolvidable Andrea.

  • she dances that way cuz all the cox made her that way

  • Re porno

  • changed my mind mom, i was born in the 70s

  • FIRE FIREFIRE

  • so fucking dope ahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • tight song with a tight beat RIP Andrea!!

  • Lovely woman, she was around 33 at the time of this video, and I just learned that she died 2 months ago at age 68. A pity, that. Nice song, too!

  • i heard this song on the movie dahmer

  • i like the song,,but her dancing makes her look retarded!

  • MOE MOE MOE Why don't ya like me? Nobody likes me...

  • I like how she sticks her ass out when she's dancing.

  • my mom dances like this when shes drunk.

  • Love those Oldies..

  • does anybody know where I can download this song

  • @VinceVGArtist1 ummm itunes

  • God, what memories this brings back. RIP Andrea

  • I've always wondered if that was Al Hurt on trumpet. Sure sounds like him.

  • @UFO000100 by Stewart Mason

por* actress Andrea True did a modeling gig in Jamaica in 1975, but learned after she'd gotten paid that she wasn't allowed to take her money out of the country. To get around this restriction, she hooked up with producer Gregg Diamond, with whom she wrote and recorded the slinky disco single "More More More" in one Kingston's studios. Diamond's skill as a multi-instrumentalist comes into particular play on a perfectly placed mariachi-style trumpet solo.

  • lo mejor de la musica disco, pero por more more more.. saludos desde chilangolandia....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm how you like love.....pinche cancion.. chingonaaaa

  • uuuuhhhhhhhhhhhh con esta cancion me cojo ami esposa todos los dias,,, mejor q el viagra...more more more..uhhhhhhhhhhh chingonaaa cancion......y soy rockero acdc,, ahuevo ahuevo.... more more more.... haber cabrona empinate q ya se me paro...mmmmmmmmmmmmm

  • Brilliant song, but The Bananarama cover is better! :)

  • @MrGRBalls Are you kidding? The Bananarama version speeds up the chorus trying to increase the " bouncy danceability" of the song which only decreases the sultry sexuality of the original. The substitution of the hackneyed early 90's electronic keyboards pollutes the disco essence which is the heart of the song. The only thing Bananarama achieves in their remake (as the male dancers in their video clearly attest to) is making a gay club version of the song.

  • @livingstillbirth , I agree, as big of a Bananarama fan as I am, nothing beats the original here. And everything you said about the Bananarama version is right on key.

  • @livingstillbirth A perfectly illustrated point Sir

  • @livingstillbirth , I don't think Bananarama having male dancers in their video makes their videos look any gayer than Sarah and Karen already are. They'd look gayer with female dancers.

  • That trumpet solo can't be topped! Nothing that you would hear in current pop music!

  • I was only 12 when this was a HUGE hit in 1976. I didn't know it's about sex LMAO!!! I thought it was about having "more things in life" LOL Ignorance really is BLISS, ain't it? ;)

  • Great song, but I must admit....Honey bunches of oats brought me here.

  • This is a GREAT SONG!!! So was New York You Got Me Dancing!!!

    Andrea RIP.

  • so dahmer :)

  • @Adarvuli Absolutely :]

  • This song was so good you could sample a 3 second snipit of it, loop it, and create a hit of your own. Just ask those no-talents, Len, who would still be working at McDonalds if this song were never created for them to rip off.

  • Sorry to hear Ms True had passed away on November 7, at the age of 68. She brought alot of smiles to alot of people (especially men) RIP old girl

  • Arne't these lyrics to a porno I've heard that somewhere

  • Such a great dance cut. I can only imagine how absolutely amazing and fun the discos were in 1976, compared to now. Back then, it was all about hedonism, drugs, hot sex and great dance music. Add to that the absence of AIDS, cheap drugs and texting,, it was a wild and wonderful time.

  • you have to remember you NEVER heard this song from about 1977 to 1992/1993 when retro disco and retro new wave started being heard on the radio again mostly on weekends.

like so many other good songs it was black listed from radio playlists for far too long in order to let the junk be heard.

it still is not heard very often.

she had to be very driven but probably kept hitting roadblocks and gave up when her music could not get airplay.

  • Larry Sweeney.

  • Young people don't realize that many girls born in the 40s and 50s didn't have the educational opportunities like today. This woman was born in 1943, and like many in her generation was expected to get married and have kids. Maybe she didn't have good family support either. Whether she was a porn star, singer or secretary, she had balls and was a survivor.

  • One of my best favorites of all the 70's and 80's. This song was outstanding and I am never tired of listening again and again...

  • I want time machine so i can go back to the 70s.

  • Yes, more more more, I like it indeed.

  • *gets disco stick out*

  • No other song for me evokes memories of the late seventies than this. Smooth, blissfilly mindless, mellow, upbeat. And damn, I didn't even know how sexy Andrea True was. Those hot pants dress outfits were great, and the girl can move! Whore and porn are in the eyes of the beholder. This is good clean sensuality.

  • This music was what it was in the day. This is what we listened to. We danced to it, made love to it, and had fun to it. So, just relax and have fun with it. RIP Andra.

  • nothing like porno music good times !!!!!!!!!

  • whore whore whore... How do ya like it? How do ya like it?

  • ekpp60...this is not samantha sang

  • for a porn star she seems real stiff!

  • she wasn't born into money like carly simon and had to struggle to get record deals and had to record this song when she was very tired in a country sh could not leave but she made more people happy with this song than some artists have who made 50 junk songs who had it easy from the start.

this was the best disco-pop song ever. one of the best songs ever.

  • @The096757 gwaaan man

  • DON'T UNDERSTAND I SAW & LISTEND TO A SONG NAMED EMOTIONS BY SAMMANTHA SANG & NOW I SEE THE SAME PERSON ANDREA TRUE A DIFFERENT NAME BUT THE SAME PERSON WHO SUNG EMOTIONS NAMED SAMANTHA SANG CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN THIS DID SHE HAVE TWO DIFFERENT NAMES??

  • Gotta love the not-so-special effects...

  • RIP Andrea, you will be remembered for giving people pleasure....both with your music and you umm....movies

  • @Ratt2004 how she died?

  • @Ratt2004 Amen, I agree with you 100%. To me her song is pure disco, sexy, sensual, erotic, exotic and pleasurable. I haven't seen her XXX rated movies, yet and I, being a fan of good erotic, raunchy porno (not sick, twisted, bad, boring, amateurish, comical, degrading, perverted porno) She is the essence and embodiment of what disco means to me. God I love this song with all my soul, I wish she had lived a lot longer and perform her song at New York Time Square every New Year Day.

  • Requiescat in pace

  • more more more.please

  • i love this tune, takes me back to good times

  • she is my goddess

  • Omg forget the song, she is so hot, I'm so distracted.

  • There was the Singing Nun. Andrea was the Singing Slut. RIP.

  • Groovy, Baby!

  • She was a porn star before she became a singer. She just died recently

  • Comment removed

  • It will sound crazy to the younger crowd but I'm glad I grew up with this stuff (cheese and all )

  • @uforagain I hate when anything good is referred to as "cheese/cheesy". This might not be the best of the 70s but it's better than anything today.

  • @sweiland75 Totally agree. Today's stuff is crap compared to this

  • @sweiland75 but i like cheese. lol

  • Needs more cowbells!

  • Larry Sweeney Strut off!!!

  • Oh crap, I was right about her hooker looks? lmfao! I just read a few comments and someone said she was a porn star turned singer? Oh well, she still made a damn good disco song!

  • I LOVE this song, but evry time I watch I feel like a need to shower! LOL She's got that dirty, 1970's hooker look about her, haha. She can sing though, thats for damn sure...hooker looks or not, its one of my faves! Her goofy ass dance moves are classic! hahaha

  • @UndieWhere That's because she was a porn actress.

  • una lobasa

  • Sad to hear Andrea past away, but her hit song will have people dancing forever.

  • Great song and a million seller for her. Made her filthy rich!

Neg omments are left by assholes!

You pricks only wish you had a fraction of her money! Ha HA HA HA!

Rok on Andrea! We Love You!

  • Good music. Sad about what happen to her on 11/7/2011.

  • good music for bad editing , as it should always be.

  • This song was the perfect theme to her job at the time...porn star, Andrea True....get the cameras rollin'. R.I.P., doll.

  • This is both the best and worse that disco had to offer. NO she was NOT Disco's biggest loss. Unfortunately she just wasn't THAT important and couldn't sing. Can McCoy was Disco's biggest loss

  • @nukeystik I agree with you that VAn McCoy was great, as well. Thanks for bringing him back to mind.

  • Love this song.....reminds me of my childhood and the 70s : ) It's a great disco song but it's really sad that she's died : (

  • Wow she was gourgeous. RIP.

  • porno actress is true!!!

  • how do you like your love!!!! Baby you know!!!! More more !!!! Good song

  • My brother told me that the percussionist(s) playing on this track came from Colombia. Anybody know the back story on that? Also, what happened to Andrea True?

  • @oldiesfan52 She died of heart failure on November 7th of this year...RIP

  • @nowhereman841 That is terrible, sorry to hear. RIP

  • @oldiesfan52 que bien,,, no lo sabia :) pero ella murio hace 2 meses :( qpd

  • I know its up for me, If you steal my sunshine :) More more more, how do you like it! :) Epic music will never die.

  • Listened for the millionth time. Timeless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • porn star wow what a body

  • i came here after the honey bunches of oat commercial

  • WOW!!! what a wonderful time back then.I was a rocker but boy did i love this song.Hell i loved the whole disco era.Nothing but fun.She will truly be missed.

  • What can you say other than goodbye Andrea and you certainly were/are "remembered for bringing joy to (so many) people through your music" as you said you wished to be.

You brought joy to me from the first time I heard this song around May 1976 before a family vacation to Florida.

I never stopped loving this song.

This has to be the biggest loss in music along with Nicolette Larson who died late 1997. This is definitley the biggest loss from the disco era.

  • I love this song!!

  • A time when we had REAL music.... Beats the hell out of today's garbage!!!!

  • I came here after the honey bunches commercial lol the song got stuck in my head :D

  • As I was scrolling back though comments on this video it amazes me how viewers who don't remember these disco days are so quick to make negative comments about Andrea True and/or how she dressed or looked. This song happens to have come from one of the greatest disco albums ever produced by the late great Gregg Diamond. In its heyday, this album (and especially this song) were the absolute bomb and sold millions and millions of records! This song will remain my all time favorite disco record!

  • @mrob75

Maybe now that Andrea is no longer with us her 1980 album War Machine will be released. It should have been released by 1995 when all new music was crap and retro records really took off. She will not even get to the royalties for the current commerical using this song.

  • @mrob75...I share the same opinion like you...!

  • @mrob75 How true. Youngsters today are critical of the way people dressed, even if the styles were from 35 years ago. Sad they can't make that realization.

  • @mrob75 Amen. This is one of the greatest disco songs of all time. And think about his Beyonce, Christine A and Modonna, Katy perry , etc all have copied hot pants and boots to perform in.Where do you think they got that idea, from the 70's and Disco. Disco was and it great.

  • @mrob75 AMEN!!

  • If you did not like this when it was out, you did not have a pulse.

  • @Dicko0824 I would bet the 49 dislikes come from the extremely religious crowd. AKA Muslims, Mormons, Evangelicals, Catholics and such....I was in kindergarten at the time and when it played on the radio I sure danced to it. Later in life I realized it was also hot :D

  • Many of the pioneers of the disco era may be gone, but the music will live on 4ever! Disco will never die

  • LEN "Steal My Sunshine" used this beat and the middle part of the song that sounds like a tennis ball being hit in an echo chamber".

  • RIP baby. Take care wherever you are.
