This is great footage!! I remember watching this film in school as a kid. It was a part of our Minnesota history lessons in the 6th grade. That was in 73. We thought the film old then. Thank you for posting this. I still canoe the Boundry Waters in Minnesota. We go out for a week in the wilderness with nothing more than a tentage, a fart sacj, fishing rod and a couple rations of food. It is great fun except for the portages.
