I prefer Dream Theater as well, but I'm not going to deny that Symphony X is fucking amazing. Michael Romeo is amazing, Russell Allen's vocals are the best today (I believe LaBrie on "Awake" was marginally better, hence why I said "today"), I can't complain about the drumming, very tasteful, I like the keyboardist more than Jordan Rudess, and the bass is damn good, also.
