@unitednudistmop - cost ranges from $2000 - $30,000 NZD, depends how competitive you want to go. and how many rigs you want to have. they usually have four different size rigs depending on conditions. Strong fleet in NZ.
@brynheveldt damn... 30k is a lot for 12ft of anything (i could prolly build a boat out of cheeseburgers for less) but im keen for something in the 5k to 8k range...
@unitednudistmop how about paying 100k+ for an 18ft skiff? or easily 50k+ for a new i14. the prices of these boats are crazy haha. 29ers are in the 5-8k range for a used one though. and one design worldwide, so even the old boats are still very competitive
@xROLLINDICEx - no not foiling, no need really, the sails are so big, the whole thing only weighs around 45Kg it naturally wants to fly! they are like mini 18's. uber powerfull.
fantastic work, we were out there all weekend and had no idea you were there... come up and say hello next time... we all really appreciate your efforts!
@MahiaPepper email bryn@racingsparrow.co.nz if you want this music on your iPod. hi-res version is available for no cost to techno enthusiast. unreleased track, no one has this.
beautiful footage and music, the boats are like bullets aswell

Like the 505, it looks like there are men and women involved, which is great.
