The lag from recording at the best quality with the dazzle is probably a result of your laptop/pc not having enough processing power. Check the specs required for the HD PVR before you buy it, otherwise you won't be able to record at the best quality with that either.

Yeah when you get an HD PVR Make sure you at least have 1GB RAM Because it takes a lot of RAM to record shit because its trying to grab every little quality.

For the dazzle if you record with costom settings and render in hd and then go to sony vegas and render it again in hd and sound as stereo which gives the bass effect (what ever you call it). Also loving the comentaries 5*
