matt. thank you so much for all the great vids. you're such an inspiration to all the natural athletes out there! you're a funny guy, unbelievable strong and an awsome bodybuilder of course! this world needs people like you.
the jim wendler programm is great indeed. i'm in week two right now and i'm getting stronger so fast. my question is how you're doing your assistance work in your deload weeks? heavy as normal or lighter?
i'm jelly you can do this without lowerback issues... I wish you could make a video like you did with the benching video, that shows what to do as prehab, before you work out.
@besttyler Nope - I decided to compete in 2013 or later. 2012 is solely dedicated to getting strong as fuuaaarrkkk and gaining as much muscle as possible.
Question.. if anyone could answer me would be greatly appreciated.
How long do you guys usually do strength training for? I have not done strength training in my life before, only just normal weight lifting. Do you do it for a week? 2 week?
and also how many times a month or year? once a month?
@flexforall2 but the right side is much bigger than the left, can i just train the left glute ONLY, until it catches up to the right side? please help me man i need help on thiss
What about some serious back workout videos, cos, I don't see you show any back workout routines of yours. I really want to know how you train your back, man!
ive been thinking about adding those in myself... like you mentioned... once the weight passes about mid knee, there is no problem... off the ground... can be tricky after a certain weight...
@pt191145 Yep. My buddy simon chan mentioned that over time, as one progresses to serious weight (500s+) the sticking point for deads becomes people's lockouts.
@flexforall2 well... my max is sitting right at 500... guess i have to keep busting ass til the lockout gets hard... bottom pin racks i do working sets with 545, guess i am more "uneven" than i thought when it comes to my deads... i blame my hamstrings!

if i have really uneven muscles should i keep training them equally or should i train the lagging one with isolation exercises until it catches up??
