Interesting crossover. I don't see the Joker calling Bond a freak though. The term just doesn't apply to Bond. More likely the joker would mock his sophistication, past losses, or his swagger. Everyone says Joker ONLY competes with Batman because Batman doesn't kill but if he was that laughable, no pun intended, then why is he one of the most feared villains among his own DC criminal peers. the reason why batman and the joker fight forever is because they are polar oposites, batman will never kill the joker because then he would become a vigilante and become corrupt etc
As for James Bond he would shoot the joker square between the eyes if he had the opportunity but, because of that the joker would play very different games with Bond and would probably wouldn't be too fussed in killing him, even though im sure he would love to mess around with him for as long as possible !
