Yes, the turnarounds are great. Then you find three genuine examples of why they could be true or truer...and that can blow your mind. By the way, there's a shortened version of her book "Loving What Is" which you can download from her website. It's short and to the point, and includes step-by-step instructions on how to do the work. And it's free!
