There are 3 bolt action rifles, the most powerful of which being the M95. There are also 3 semi-auto rifles. The best of these is the one that you get for free by pre-ordering the game. Its got a name full of numbers and letters.

I capture the footage with a Platinum Dazzle capture system and edit with Sony Vegas 7.0. The quality of footage using these is the absolute best. However, the finished products file size is massive. I loose too much quality compressing the file to fit onto youtube.

No. Prone was removed from the game to "balance" the sniper class. They claimed it would make snipers practicly invisable while prone, so removed it to give others a chance to counter-snipe.

The one without a lens cover is the GOL. Its the rifle used by the side opposing the US on the oasis map. The 3rd rifle is the M95 .50 cal rifle. They've messed it up a little tho as its supposed to be a semi-automatic rifle.

No, theres no bullet drop on the sniper rifle. But there is a small delay at extreame ranges.

No, you cant shoot through walls. There is a shot in this vid at 3:38 where I cap a guy through the leaves of a tree and it takes the top of the tree right off, but that was just randomly wierd.

Lastly, you need to score a good body or head shot if you want a 1 hit kill. And you have to have a high powered rifle. You cant just hit a guy in the foot and drop him like in BF2.

Yeah this is footage from the beta testing of Battlefield Bad Company. The full game should be released in the summer this year.
