Haku and Akita are NOT vocaloids. They are just diffrence versions of Hatsune Miku.

Haku = Vocaloid Hatsune Miku Ver. That is out of tune.

Akita Neru = Hatsune Miku songs that the creator didn't finish.

They became "Vocaloids" when an artist on the internet depicted pictures of them.( Or was it the company that did that O..o I forgot.) Either way they both don't have their own programs and are based off of Hatsune Miku.
