@ToddIngram1000 Yeh in some aspects I can say it does have okay graphics after playing for a month, I guess after playing Gears Of War 3 which arguably has probably the best graphics on Xbox I was disappointed.
But I even thought MW3s graphics were pretty poor, I guess after all the demonstrations they did on PC I had high expectations for a 5 year old console.

Once onlive goes 1080p, enhances the network and server locations, it will easily start gaining ground on Microsoft and Sony, and rightfully so. The Xbox 360 is long overdue for a next-gen upgrade.
Just real quick: Can you customize your loadout as you wish with more magazine pouches since in real life, one can carry up to around 10 magazines in one chest rig and have a backpack with all sorts of extra stuff. Can you customize your weapon, say you want a Magpul MOE stock in stead of the standard M4 stock on your gun? Not only optics and launchers etc.? That would be awesome since no other game developer have done that!

1) 64 players on consoles will make everyone lag as hell. Mag is a great example.
2) 16 players in MW3, same gameplay as in CoD4 (Still not as good as DICE's games) and compressed action, not more.
3) That's because you have to follow the hotspots. You can't expect to find an enemy in let's say, Base C, when the entire enemy team is trying to get Base A.
@beamer360 you have to realise that bf3 will have different pacing to battlefield bad company, im assuming you never played number 2? its a very different experience, also like the other guy said if you head to hotspots you can get a shit ton of action, watch videos done by sgt enigma and itll give you an example :)

The whole Bad Company series was an experiment to bring Battlefield to consoles, to make extra money and to give the experience to the console players. Thats why BC1 was only on consoles, they were concentrating on perfecting the control systems so that it would work efficiently on consoles before BF3 was announced, then they could just import the basics from BC 1 and 2.
@HouseOrdos Once imported they would have the basic control scheme and the engine, which can be easily updated without having to program from scratch, this also allowed them to concentrate on the PC version and just port it across after each part was completed.

Anyway, the 64 players thing is ONLY on PC, the consoles will get 24 players, but still get jets thankfully.
If you can afford it, you need to put down $500 on a new rig to play this game the way it was meant to be played, on PC.
I love consoles too, but I know that I will only be skimping out on myself if I get the console version of it, as BF has always been better on PC.

@beamer360 you have to realise that bf3 will have different pacing to battlefield bad company, im assuming you never played number 2? its a very different experience, also like the other guy said if you head to hotspots you can get a shit ton of action, watch videos done by sgt enigma and itll give you an example :)

Well, Im not gonna be a kiss up. Call of Duty Modern Warefare 3 looks TERRIBLE to me. I am not gonna waste my money on that dry stalk. It looks like modern warfare 2. killzone 3 for example has 48 gb but I'm think 64 players just wouldn't work
it's all about the system
MAC has ... about 260 players but if you think of its grafics compared to battlefield 3...
you can get a lot of players with meh grafics or a lot of details with less players
it doesn't work both on a 5 year old console

@HouseOrdos Ive played onslaught mode on the ps3, DICE are targeting the PC gaming experience .
The whole Bad Company series was an experiment to bring Battlefield to consoles, to make extra money and to give the experience to the console players. Thats why BC1 was only on consoles, they were concentrating on perfecting the control systems so that it would work efficiently on consoles before BF3 was announced, then they could just import the basics from BC 1 and 2.

@HouseOrdos Once imported they would have the basic control scheme and the engine, which can be easily updated without having to program from scratch, this also allowed them to concentrate on the PC version and just port it across after each part was completed.
Crysis, Shogun 2 Total War, StarCraft II, Minecraft, many more if i thought about it
