I repeat this McKines video shows the guy can jump, has power, but the dunks were nothing extraordinary. I have seen much much better. Watch some James White and Vince Carter high school highlights and that will give you a gauge on how to judge a high school dunker.

I was one of the high school and college talent evaluators of the Charlotte Hornets from 1989 to 2002. I was one of the scouts responsible for the Hornets drafting Kobe Bryant with the 13th pick in 1996. I have seen countless high schoolers were would be classified as spectacular dunkers, such as Dominique Wilkins, Michael Jordan, Vince Carter, etc.

He will become the 2nd player All-Time to average 1,000 points and grab 1,000 rebounds. McKines always has several monster dunks in his career at NMSU.
