It is used for things like diversion so that you don't have to use a skill to remove the hex. So you put the holy veil on, when you have a hex on you, you double click the little icon that is holy veil and as you remove it, it removes the hex.

How do you get all these specials armors? You go pvp with your pve chars?

well if you want a full experience i suggest buying them all, and for pve in pvp join a guild and go to temple of Balthazar and from there you can unlock random arena you can pm me in game under the name: the valkyrie healer

I prefer using Mo/D with Conviction and Armor of San.
