spartan876 You absolute correct! McCartney caused the split of the Beatles. He wanted--- and got the credit of all Beatles songs!!! for many years. The articles and books from late 1960s, 1970s and so on to MacDonald´s book, pointed out he was the composer and Lennon perhaps lyricwriter. I can give you hundreds of examples
John, after The Beatles John seemed to use The Beatles as a cathartic tonic to deal with the unresolved issues that confront all those who were so very close at one time....don't forget familiarity breeds contempt, the passing of time breeds just the opposite
Klein was a notorious music biz accountant/manager hired by Lennon in '69 to "rescue" The Beatles from the financial mess at Apple. He managed all of the group aside from Paul, who was represented by his father in law, Lee Eastman.
Paul despised & distrusted Klein & (perhaps a little too conveniently) blamed him for much of the break-up.
The 3 Beatles eventually parted company with Klein in the early '70s when financial "improprieties" arose, vindicating Paul's suspicions.

It just pisses me off that whenever he is talking about John, he always had to bring himself up. Like seriously, for fuck sakes.
