I had about 75000 in equity that is getting swallowed by these fraudulent fees. 2 months ago I refused to make a payment until they sent me a statement stating when and how these fees were incurred so they sent a statement that stated nothing other than the actual payment owed and a 110 dollar late fee,so I paid it. Now this month Im sent a statement with 3186.27 in current fees and finance charges but my normal payment is 577.20 I cant take much more of this!!

Chase has had my mortgage messed up for 11 months, I have paid every payment and late fee if incurred but there is still thousands in "previous fees" that they cant tell me why or when these were incurred.I have waited up to 2 hrs on hold at thier customer service number,and spent about 45 hrs at my local branch trying to get things fixed. Why do I have to endure this? Its not my mistake but its my problem.

ESOP did this at more than 9 locations all over the state. Chase has now had a meeting with ESOP and has come to better, not great but better, terms with working with their homeowners. The desired result was achieved. Guess we aren't so stupid huh.
