please please let me know when & where was this developed?? Also some more details regarding any journal in which if it was published.
I am a Speech Language Pathologist. let me also know if u would like to develop this prototype further so as to market it among the disordered population.
these tests aren't done in Canada to save money and let the patient suffer and die in agony. This is what Canadian healthcare does to innocent people.
wow....that is so cool, imagine people that can't speak because of cancer or are mute from birth or other causes having the chance to speak again....by reading the facial muscles response through this devise, they could be able to communicate by voice one more time.
I agree this is very cool. However, if one was mute from birth how would they have learned use their muscles in the same manner as speech? The machine must be very sophisticated to translate what essentially would be a mute person's best guesses.
