i got my RR24 signed by alexi last summer in the virgin megastore signing in Dublin, id say thats the only time he's ever had his hands on one because he was pretty surprised when he saw it and asked me were they a new line or custom

Yeah, you can see in the "Are you Dead Yet?" era, he had a white RR24 by Jackson, and then when his were stolen, ESP offered him a deal, saying that they could replace it much more quickly.

Trust me, I'm a Randy and an Alexi fan.

Alexi got his ESP scythe in 2003. AYDY was in 2005. He only played USA custom shop Jacksons. Only his Stone and Wildchild guitars were stolen. he didnt have a custom guitar back then :) He was supposed to have one made called the R/L jackson or something like that, but since his old jacksons were stolen he couldn't wait for new guitars and went over to ESP

The RR/LL have been made as a signature series, not his custom shops. Made in 2003 and there about 50/60 made in the world. Basically a RR3 with gold hardware and only a bridge pickup (+ 24 frets). Sucky guitar.

bud, its not the jackson rr24. If you look at the two guitars, the alexi 600 has the sawtooth inlays, thats what he is playing. The Jackson RR24 has the sharktooth inlays. In my opinion, I think Jackson released the RR24 to try to make an identical copy of laihos guitars when he played for jackson and were soon to be stolen.
