omg i loved this i went on it at go ape in grizedale forest it was the best expearience ov my life coz i got an activitie book and i went with the council to go ape and it was amazing at first i was scared but god that feeling soon go's away when your actually on it it's a greeat expearience and i would love to do it again :)

They don't is the answer. Throughout the whole experience you have a harness on and caribiners attatch to the trees and wires as you go for safety. for the zip lines you have your own "pulley attached to your harness and just link the caribiners to it and jump. releasing the pulley at the bottom.
