My opinion of this case was strictly based upon the evidence presented by both sides. Maybe if the plaintiff didnt start off with putting the defendant down, then things would have been different. To me it looks like the defendent came to court prepared to prove his case and he did just that. The law, court, is about proving your case, its not about fairness. I just don't see the defendant as a victim. When you place ads in social media that contains your pictures and describing yourself as fully functionally, you relinquish privacy.
