hey bro i'm not anywhere near a pro at front flips myself but i know it helps to get alot more height if you reach up with you arms as you take off, also try blocking to get more height the rotation looks ok however i think just height is the issue. try grabbing your knees too instead of back thigh because pulling yourself closer in will give you faster rotation. have a go and see if it help you it definitely helps me
this is awesome, thanks ive been looking for video's that motivate me and sort of show me how to front flip. ive seen alot of 3run video's but there videos dont seem to show me everything i need to know. at the moment im about your skill lvl in front flipping as seen in the video. cheers
Okay i was a front flip pro and could do it any where all the time but than once i over rotated and ate it, and ever since than i cannot get myself to land them consistently or bailing at the very end and hurting my wrists.. anyone got any tips? any tips ya got?
@212isForLegit Maybe you should try start a traning like I'm doing in the video, or trampoline.. I don't know, but you can try to start with something that doesn't hurt when you land.
I was in your position about a year ago. When you go to flip try starting from a run and use the One Two step.Also try not to get attached to the cushions or elts you will have a hard time mentaly prepairing yourself for real ground. Also try watching 3RUN videos to help figure out how to get freerunning figured out step by step. Keep it up and you will get it!
i know what means falling. if you fall you will don't believe yourself, and in that day training you will get worse, worse, worse.. if you fall just think: that was just an accident.
what helps me? when i do them i am thinking about diving in the air.
P.S. i think you can do it on grass, because now you are doing it to higher surface.
