but also can guarantee that in same way I heard from US, UK, French officers that they have ever seen or passed something similar in their home countries most say that its really the best others say that is one of the best, usually French and British officers are humble enough to say that Brazilin jungle warfare is the best in the world. I can say that SAS is the best Special forces in the world and French Marine Commandos is the best in the world in Sea Commandos.

The training is one of the best and the final exercise is where people die not because of bad instruction but because of the severity of the jungle and what needs to be completed to qualify. In the beginning of the XX century a single state of Brazil won a war against Bolivia, fought in the Amazon forest. Besides, Brazil has been in 15 wars since 1822. Brazil never lost.
I'm not the one saying that our training is the best, the specialists are. And it's simple to guess why, given that we have the most diversified wild environment on Earth.
Which specialists or you talking about? You would need to have specialists from many countries say Brazilian training is the best not just Brazilian people.
The war against Paraguay ``wasnt really fought in the jungle and Brazil was losing until Argentina and Bolivia helped. The war against Bolivia wasnt really a war more like a small uprising. I am talking about a real war. Read your history books.
Vietnam was in fact a jungle war however it wasnt won by either side. The war just came to an end both sides had not won or lost ground, both sides didnt have the resources or money to continue and then the Americans pulled out.
How can you say that no foreigner ever ended the course?
There are SEVERAL that have done so...
For example, here in Argentina, we have many of our jungle instructors in the northeast of the country that have ended the course. It´s done in Manaus, isn´t it?
the frontier operations part is prohibited to foreigners to participate, that´s why none of the foreigners reach the end of the course, but they graduate

I'm sure you guys can find some guy from your country that did the training in Brazil and he might say what his impression.
I did exchange trainings in UK, US, Guyane Francaise, Argentine, Peru and in ASIA, they are really good!

@mwu10 this training has an effect on the psicological side of the foreigner trainiers. they are not used to the wheater and language also.

maybe he did some other course (in amazonia region is a lot of other course, pantanal, etc)
and i'm sure never any foreigner ended the course.. even many brazilians didnt end the course....
its a very dificult course, the most dificult jungle warfare training center in the world!
