QR was a patch for EVE made a while back. This patch included a giant nerf to missile dmg, though not too sure on the specifics

Quantum Rise is the expansion that greatly nerfed missiles to the point where it became very hard to get one hit kills on small ships with the Stealth Bomber.

Nothing wrong with SB's now. Just have to know how to use them, and they work very will in fleets. Think of 3 or 4 of them popping up on an unsuspecting BS, fit with Bombs...

Sensor Booster with Speed Script, I'd actually suggest for normal use to use 2 boosters and 2 damps now-a-days.

One of my friends say Steal Bombers suck even though he has never flown one, he just assumes that it can't kill anything because it has only 3 launchers, he is a good player, but he doesn't understand the awesomeness of this ship, and that's why I am training for one, it's quickly becoming my favorite ship. I fly gallente but the manticore has better stats than the nemisis, so it should be worth the extra training time.

We happen to have SKILLS and ISK and be able to use stealth bombers PROPERLY, thus ensuring free kills on retards that fly frigates, electronic attack ships and other tiny vessels...

Stealth bombers own....IF you're fortunate enough to be fighting retards. Slowboating at 200 m/s practically halves the damage from SB's. Any more and you're not far from immunity.

It's a pretty simple setup. I don't feel like registering on Battleclinic because I'm too lazy... lol

cruise launchers in the highs, Either (2 sensorboosters, 2 sensor damps)or(1 sensorbooster 3 sensor damps) Scan res scripts when dealing with BS's, targeting range when dealing with anything smaller. Lows for hit and runs on frig size ships is ODI II's. Go have some fun :D

Odds of getting kills with a bomb is pretty low. Plus bombs are expensive and normally you get killed after uncloaking that close to a gate camp.
