I'm not knocking your skills or green day at all. but this song is very very simple to play. it has one chord shape throughout the entire song. I'm not saying you're not good or that green day isn't good, but this isn't really a song to judge someones skills by. That being said, you nailed the song and played it really well. keep at it :)

Its nothing but fuckin Bar Chords over and over people calm down, its not that hard to play, Any dope who has been play for more than a couple of months (that can strum in time and got the finger strength) can play this song, Notice his fingers, always the pointer, ring, and pinky fingers in the same position, he is just moving them around the frets. All green day songs are like this, very very simple to play.

I am 28 and have listened to Green Day since I was about 14 or 15.. God I remeber when they first came out. I like Pinhead Gunpowder too.. Great stuff that was back in the day when they were on Lookout Records..

i, personally, think this is the true way to play. green day songs are really just all power cords. it bugs me when people play with normal g,d,e cords. just sounds gay. power cords are easy just like green day songs.
