I'm glad you made the point that your hair has never been that long. Sometimes when I see dramatic length on naturals I can't help but wonder if their hair was also that long when they were relaxed. Your hair looks awesome! I'm at 1 yr, 6 months & haven't had mine straightened yet bc I'm afraid of the possible heat damage.

I was afraid to, I just really had to wait until I was comfortable enough to believe that my hair was strong and could handle it, I know some wouldnt agree with it but I figure why not do it, if it gets damaged I can always clip off whats damaged and start over! I hope everything goes well for you if you decide to do it!!
@vitafeb2184 LOL everyone was excited I took them down, I'm happy I did too, I think I was just being lazy and didnt want to deal with my hair I was having a hair melt down, now I'm happy it's loose again and I can wear it in different ways!
