cumin, tomato? wtf? that's not traditional Mexican and neither is putting lemon in the guacamole. lemon is only used to stop the browning by people that don't know that if you put the seeds of the avocado in it the dish wont brown. the dish was meant to be served and ate at the same time not saved. and where is the papalo or romero. clearly non of you are of Aztec descent.

what about cummin? and you should be using red onion.
