There are so many factors to consider involving shifts in weather that it's difficult to prove causation from correlation. Predicting weather is still an educated guessing game. What I do know for certain is that water expands when cooled, and to claim the opposite is like claiming gasoline puts out fire!! IPCC research tends to do that a lot!!
thes guy are nuts, water expands when warmed, there are only expands when freezes.
