Monday Nitro was 3hrs long, the first hour was the cruiserweights and the big names only happened in the last hour. That's why Jericho and a lot of wrestlers went to WWF. Because WCW would buy them, but not know how to use them because their were too many. Most of them created their characters, so thank god Jericho can act like an asshole or no one would know who he was when he finally went to WWF. Where he became the 1st Undisputed WWE Champion.

@Juliz He could act like an asshole because he was pushed. I mean he was allowed to run his mouth, he was given a time almost every nitro, like a main eventor. So he was pushed at that point.

@MrGlasspider - Wrong, they didn't even pay attention to him. WCW was so bad that they didn't tell him and the other wrestlers the finish of matches until 5 minutes before the show started. He had to make a name for himself at first and slowly JJ Dillon and others started to let him have his push.

@postmasterw00t - WCW had a lot of money to throw around, it wasn't like WWF at all. WWF kept pushing new stars that kept getting brought over to WCW. The first hour was nobodies, I didn't really like it at first. But after a while you knew who some of the cruiserweights were, like Jericho, Eddie, Rey Mysterio, Kidman and Juvi. At the time, I just wanted to know when Sting was going to come on. Sometimes he showed up for like 4 minutes a show and then it went off air. lol But it was worth it.

ive read Bret's book and Jericho's book, "bro". Jericho went to the Hart bros. wrestling school, but wasn't trained by Bret. he was trained by Ed Langley, who ran the school for Keith Hart, and later got to train with Mr. Hito at the actual Hart dungeon.
