GM Jhoon Rhee teaches that all strikes be instant with no "telegraphing" as he calls it. In other words, GM Rhee says your opponent should have no indication that you are about to make a move. This is contrary to the traditional TKD movements which, as noted, tend to be "bouncy". The power that this form is executed is phenomenal. I wish my Chung Mu looked so good.
this is the best Chung Mu I have been able to find on youtube, it is the only one that even seems to try and incorporate sine wave and demonstrate the theory of power.
I study itf tae kwon do under Mark Hutton (VI Degree) and this is the closest thing to our patterns that i've been able to find

@BriGoBuM95 This is because they practice ITF Taekwon-do and incorporate the pseudo-science of sine waves in their art.
