The Gel in U.T.K. both restores vitals and keeps cuts from bleeding. Basically, if you wanna pass X1 with S, you need as much help as you can get, both by spazzing gel all over and the syringe. BTW, it's not exactly cheating if the game lags by itself... now if he were to use an action replay or something, I'd actually agree with you.

Holy craaaaap. I can't beat X1. I just finished the game today and tried X1 like 5 times and then I just gave up for now. Kyriaki is the most frustrating GUILT for me. Arghh why does it have to be the first one encountered??!

i never eralized u could sutchure up that middle big cut that the evil last one makes b4 he makes it--im horrible at sutechring

here's a tip: press the select button and all the dialogue automatically moves as fast as possible--it wokrs during the scenes, but u need to press it again when the medical record comes up or after you are aksed to save

also, it doenst work during actualy operations (u stillhave to press the call button)

rofl nice i must warn people doing this not to use the injection because its slow and youll never get enough out in time to heal the damage plus the anti is way faster and stops the overtime damage, i got B XP too bad though huh working on the triti right now going for S or at least A. roflcopter

using the injection is slow only when you are fighting the kiriyakis. When kiriyakis are killed, using syringe would save way more time (As I said, the stage can be finished in less than 2 mins. My best time is having 3:19 left)

i can manage to kill 3 kyriaki with 20 HP left, but then once they die, my patient dies. any tips on how to locate the kyriaki any faster? or do my hands just have to move faster?

I do this in order to score more points and a rank S for the operation. You should use the syringe to stabilize vitals if you want to beat X1 for the first time.

Actually, using the syringe doesn't really reduce score. Even if it does, the tiime you save would make up the score. You can finish the stage in less than 2 minutes using the syringe.

hey, im trying to beat X1, and from this video does that mean the green gel bottle thing works better than injecting the green gel? because there was this one point in the video you had 1 wound left to suture but you kept using the gel to bring the vitals up instead of injecting the green stuff into the guy
