this is why problem in america law, someone are metally illness they treating the person fair like as other criminal, just watch the guy he is not normal behavior as human we can judge our own mind whether are the person unsane or otherwise
That was not necesary. He was in a padded cell. Did you really need to shoot a pepper shot at him? Now his family thinks they are entitled to millions at the tax payers expense
As a friend of Gary I wanted to inform u that they r not sueing for any money. They r askin that these members lose their jobs & something b done bout the jail there. & to b honest if they get money out of that then I think it's deserved. Did u kno that he has no headstone on his grave, did u kno they r still payin on his funeral, did u kno that it wasn't his fault that he died. They r not askin for money from the tax payers but if they get money it will come from those responsible!
I AM OUTRAGED BY THIS! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? This man is clearly in need of medical attention not to mention that if he is Bipolar he may not be able to help it. My nephew is Autistic. I would hate to think that he would be treated so badly.
