1) Rock can take a clean loss (eg: Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2002), whenever John Cena loses, its always dirty

2) Rock makes someone look good in defeat (eg: Kurt Angle at No Way Out 2001), John Cena buries people with the 5 moves of doom and then makes them tap easily, not very convincing is it?

3) Rock is more entertaining on the mic (eg: This is Your Life) The Rock made every time he was on the mic special, Cena's promos are usually lifeless
