I was going for the little sisters, and the big daddy with one that's being attacked by 5 splicers at once, there was another with him, they both charged out, and the second own died instantly, flew 30 feet across the room and hit the wall

I was Victim of the 4 Big Daddy Glitch! I defeated Big D#1 then met up with #2 and #3 in one room at the same time. 6 Med and 6 Eve packs later they were defeated and I was 0 for all ammo. I harvested one lil sis then the game said "New Goal"... "Defeat Big D#3" and my waiting lil sis from the previous #3 vanished. Yeah for game testing! Had to restart the level... Luckily I saved it in stages. (multiple saves)

I remember there was a glitch about the secret room in siren ally that adds a lil sis... If anyone gets an answer or finds out if the rose has ANY use at all, contact me.

@yugimoe The first time i played bioshock 1, there were 4 lil' sisters when there were only supposed to be three lol. I think its a glitch but its never happened to me on bioshock 2

I just found out where you get the code for the room (1080, it says it in the vid but it doesn't say where you get it) I went inside and felt suspicious, what 8-year-old would leave a ammunition upgrade station as a gift. Then I found the rose, I was wondering what it was for but check this out; I pause the game and I saw that there was FOUR sisters in the level, last time I remember there were only 3... If I'm wrong please correct me.

@yugimoe actually i saw this too, but one of the four sisters you cant capture, if your saving the sisters, then there will be an extra sister to give you a gift teddy bear. after you get it she will run back into the vent. So yes four sisters, but only 3 that you can save

Uh, I was just messing around and an annoying spider splicer was chasing me, I ran across a big daddy and hypnotized him to get rid of the splicer, but he also went and killed stanley poole. I had been saving all of the little sisters to this point, had spared Grace, So, is my "Savior" trophy invalidated?

@sOuLcHiLd718 Did you get all the Thuggish Splicers? You have to get them all when you get the camera because they aren't in the later levels.

This happened to me just after I left the secret plasmid laboratory (which is filled with them) And I got PISSED.

Luckily in persephone there's more and you need like 5 good researches to fill them.

Thanks, what makes this guide a lot better than the others is that it doesn't just show a brief clip of getting the diary, it gives a verbal description of its location and shows a marker on the map. Little things like that make a guide a lot more helpful.
