well if you changed it since the vid then it may not be fucked.. but that fluutter scratchy sounds means your turbo is surging or the blades are scraping

I can say when I removed it, there was no sign of scraping on the internal wall from the blades, there is no play on the shaft either ! It flutters due to the pressure not being high enough for the Bov to be activated therfore you here the flutter as the air passes back through the turbo ! It has never been a problem and has run 330bhp for 12,000 !! Well did it's now awaiting new injectors and has the hynrid fitted !

It is loud the rather rubbish HKS filter does make it sound that way though ! When I first got the car I couldn't believe the sound when it came on boost ! BOV doesn't really operate untill after 3000rpm so you do get the flutter which sometimes I like ! Roll on 400bhp.

Now 330bhp with plans to change bodykit and go more subtle, uprate turbo, injectors and fuel pump to get above 400.
