I am working on a very well built home studio that will be profetionaly tuned with "Acoustic treatment" as well as the shape of the walls ect done properly. Now for Sound proofing, We are wondering once our walls are up and all out sound proofing construction is finished, if this would be suitable as a wall coating (the actuall work area side) We would like to apply this, then paint over it with the color we would like our studio to be. Is this an aceptable use of this product?
@IcechickenSr Or, would we have to, or could we coat say the back (unseen) side of one of our sound walls either the back side of the last layer or dry wall, or say on the inner surface of the sound board itself inside the wafer were building? Any help on how best to apply this product for maximum effect would be appreciated. We like this product Idea as it's just 1 more easily aplied extra measure to fight vibrations and keep the sound with the drum kits and not in the neighbours homes.
@buchananfibbing there are plenty of different magnet motors, the problem is people are too stupid to figure it out, and even if you do, the $ it would cost would be far beyond the money it would save. sure you can make small ones, but to make one to power a home, its been done yes, and it cost a couple 100k to do it. that's another house imho and even more that's quite a few years of easy living.
this spray on damping looks awesome, would recommend, thumbs up.

hello i have a question. the box on the right was sprayed thats why there is black residue on the glass, correct?
