We are news repoting agency and we have went throught the DMCA counter complaint process on a number of our news reporting and promtions video we actually were authorized to upload on behalf of Walt Disney Studios and we won all those DMCA complaints only to have YT come back a little while later flagging the same video.

YT is breaking the law with their auto detect system because complaints have to be in writing from the copyright holder under the law

A little update.

When i first tried this it worked fine.

Then a couple of weeks later my vids where denied in a lot of country's in the middle east and asia and Africa

But now they work fine again and can be seen everywhere except Germany.

So i'm still very happy with this method.

Question. WMG disabled the audio on one of my fan vids because of the piece of music I used. I know you say this is legal but I've read of people using this method & either getting strikes against their account or getting account banned. My vid contains footage from a film & music from a soundtrack of another film yet it is completely non-profit & only intended as fan tribute. Would I still be able to safely dispute this under "fair use"?

what happens when they completely remove or "reject" your video?

It took me to a different page.

it had this title -> Solve a Problem: Rejected (Terms of Use violation)

and there were 2 options "terms of use" and "copyright FAQ" that were both clickable...

This doesn't make any sense at all. No "view copyright info" Option exist. And you would have to select it on an individual file. Selecting it on an entire folder such as "my videos" isn't a possible manuever. There's no random selection that says "view copyrighted info" just floating around. And it's not under properties.
