@25Ragz I don't like one over the other. Having played slide, it's my opinion that it is more difficult, and therefore requires more talent to play. Robbie does that and John doesn't, but I'm sure he could. I'm not gonna name genres he can't play. If he talked to you, he would admit he can't play certain genres. He is human, like everyone else. He's a great guitar player, but he's not the best. No one is.

This piece is recorded during the New World Tour in 1993. Robbie was the leadguitarist during that tour of Paul McCartney and performed it.

The song is called Thanks Chet and inspired by Chet Atkins. You can find the song on the Album Paul Is Live (track 6). Next to that he recorded it for his album "Unsung".
