A loan and stock purchases are not the same but you can spin it any way you like. Since the US gov't own stock the record profit goes to the share holders, ie the tax payer who owns the stock. Quit splitting hairs and what is that annoying noise in the backround?

How do you feel about GOVERNMENT MOTORS planning to build a new plant that'll employ about 900 people? It's to be built in MEXICO! Did bailout money come from Mexico's tax $'s?
