I was also very very disappointed with the graphics because they look almost identical to the last one. AND they were using unreal engine 3...I mean COM'ON! They either were a bunch of lazy-ass developers or they just had incompetent workers at the time. I hope they use a different engine for the next game..or at least hire some better graphic designers. Assassin's creed graphics are a good example of their potential.
I have 9600GT 512MB with Pixel Shader 3.0.I make antialiasing on level 8 and when I start to play.Then it's blinding so much that I cant see Anything.That happens on every quality level 1,2,3,4,5...
He's right, the reason you don't see to many of those specular, or refracted textures is because a lot of this takes place on cement, concrete, and bricks and textures that have a 'dry' surface to them. The rest of the UE3 Games Are using a lot of higher res normal map's than R6V2. Also, it has lower texture resolution!

Games like bioshock and ut3 have better graphics because they have more shine to everything, like in bioshock everything is shiny pretty much, and on ut3 there is lots of lighting... I wish I had a good enough pc to run those games though... Might upgrade when i get some money :D
the graphics are fine tbh, the problem is more of poor modeling and texture maps

I thought the PC version was ALOT better than xbox & ps3 very good graphics, I own unreal tornament 3 and I think it looks very simelar.
