Nice bird views from your Holiday! Those Kingifisher birds always amaze me at how big their beaks are. It just seems so odd to see such a big beak on that body. What was that one eating that was sitting on the wire?
@MoviesMusicNature Hi Chris, Like you I also thought that the beak is too big for them..Nature has done everything for them to survive..I have seen that they catch very big fishes more bigger than the beak and just swallow it.How incredible isn't :))
That Kingfisher is eating a small Lake Crab. I saw he catched it and flew to the wire..saw the crab claws very well :)) Can you imagine..
I am happy if you enjoyed it and a big thank you for you always..
@sandrateager Yes It is a lizard and may be he was thinking of a better diet :) The Kingfishers are awesome birds to watch and glad you liked it..Even one of my favourite birds...hehe
It is a pleasure to have your kind words and many thanks for your visit my dearest Sandra..
What a great dance! Your actors are absolutely fantastic! Was it a lizard? A chameleon? It was probably a little too big for the kingfisher. I love it :)))
@mbhsug Yes, specially the Fantail is an amazing active bird and I missed so much of his other antics..This bird also has a very sweet call and sings for a long time.Yes it is a lizard and may be he was thinking of a better diet..haha
Glad you liked my captures and thank you very much my dear :)
@Prince6618 It is a pleasure for me if you relaxed and enjoyed the nature..Thank you very much my dear for your valuable time spending at my videos. It means a lot to me..
It looked like the Fantail was attacking the Dove... The way the Robins handle with their tail - they remind me of our Mockingbirds....My Favorite is Kingfisher with the lizard behind him - looks so cool... Nice video. Thank you, Menu for it. :)
@my35Xvision Yes exactly correct. The Fantail was actually pecking the Dove. He is an active and fast moving bird and always wagging & making his tail like a fan.His call is also very sweet and sings for a long period.. I am really happy if you liked my captures and I always want to be thankful for your visit and kind words :0)
