Ok first of all airline pilot isnt going to be high while flying thats just like he isnt going to be drunk while flying either, although i would rather have my pilot high flying than drunk flying. same goes for a brain surgeon. I'm for legalization - but I think the main obstacle is a reliable test for intoxication of THC. Right now the only test is for month-long metabolites wich doesnt tell you anything. If they get a test for 'highness', you could see it regulated like the .08 for driving, and it could be accepted by society. I dont see it being legalized without that.

You're not suppose to drive when your too tired, or to angry, or I guess it would be the same for to excited. When you are driving you need to pay attention to the road.
