Tech is double edge sword, to overcome the sin of business, both the data and tools must be open, otherwise citizen are always less informed.
IBM should create a eco-system like Apple Store to utilize the global intelligence, I can't imagine that proprietary solution can be cheap and sustainable, pharmacy is already a huge problem in developed countries and developing ones as well.
